Dulcie May Moreno

Influenced by the likes of Nina Simone, Billie Holiday & Sarah Vaughan singer Dulcie May Moreno is emerging as a versatile jazz artist with range and poise, appearing on a regular basis around the UK for the last ten years.

Tonight she returns to the Club with her sextet featuring Steve Fishwick-trumpet, whose fluent, melodic playing has been heard with a who’s who of jazz greats, including Anita O'Day & Cedar Walton.

Along with Stephen Bridgland-guitar, Frances Knight-keys, Jerome Davies-bass and Matt Home-drums Dulcie will be performing new songs from her forthcoming EP, including her new lyrics for Oliver Nelson's "Stolen Moments" and her own arrangement of "No Moon At All" as well as her jazz and Latin-inspired originals!
