Summer Intensives for Adults

This intensive will run from Monday 10 to Friday 14 August.Breathe and move with fluidity.Luke Birch teaches a dynamic release-based class which is informed by improvisation and somatic practices. The class will explore body patterns focused around energising the core of the body and connecting to the ground with our weight. The class will explore the principles of agility, use of weight and focus plus creative choreographic tasks. Live music will help inspire your movement throughout the class.- Enrol for the week for £32 to save and guarantee your place or drop-in for £8 per class.

- Please arrive on time - unfortunately we are unable to accommodate participants who are more than 15 minutes late as the warm-up is an important part of the class.
