Master the moments that determine racesAP Race is proud to introduce a new learning experience within our amazing community, AP Race Masterclasses. With a maximum capacity of 30 swimmers per session, this opportunity has been meticulously designed for swimmers who want to go beyond participation and truly understand performance. Each Masterclass explores a specific performance theme, allowing swimmers to develop clarity around why they are doing something, not just what to do.Races are rarely decided in the middle of the pool, they are won and lost at the edges. This masterclass focuses on the critical details that surround the swim itself: starts, turns, underwater phases, breakouts and finishes. These are the areas where small technical gains create the biggest performance improvements. Throughout the session, swimmers will break down each component individually before linking them all together at race pace. Emphasis will be placed on body position, speed transfer and decision-making under pressure.By the end of this Masterclass, swimmers will leave with a clearer understanding of how to maximise every opportunity within a race. The goal is not only to develop cleaner execution, but gain the confidence that comes from knowing you are no longer losing time on the details that separate the good from the great. Joining you on poolside will be our very own Head Coach, Will Bell and our experienced support coaches to ensure you get the very best out of the session.Please note, in order to attend this masterclass, you must be aged 8-17 years old, and part of a competitive swimming club. Age is based off the day of the masterclass you wish to attend. Spaces at each Masterclass are limited and the whole booking process will take place through Ticket Source, our Race Clinics booking partner.
