This unique initiative pairs acclaimed chefs together for a series of unforgettable dining experiences.Next in the series is Allister Barsby, chef-patron of Hide and Fox in the South of England - the only restaurant in the South of England to hold two Michelin Stars, an accolade achieved in 2025 alongside 3 AA Rosettes.

Allister's culinary journey began at the acclaimed Wheelers Oyster Bar in Whitstable, before he went on to work alongside some of Britain's most celebrated Michelin-starred chefs, including David Pitchford at Read's Restaurant, the legendary Michael Caines at Gidleigh Park Hotel, and Sam Moody at The Bath Priory.Remarkably appointed Head Chef at Gidleigh Park at just 24, he maintained its two Michelin Stars and five AA Rosettes before going on to hold the position of Executive Chef at The Grove of Narberth in Pembrokeshire.
