In Conversation: Naomi Shihab Nye

Don’t miss this rare opportunity to hear Palestinian-American poet Naomi Shihab Nye read live! Naomi is celebrated for poetry which homes in on and celebrates everyday events, people and objects, and her work has been described as “international in scope and internal in focus”.

Join the former Young People’s Poet Laureate for the USA, in conversation with Alycia Pirmohamed, for mixture of readings and discussion of her work, which is by turns humorous, immediate and urgently political.
