We invite you to immerse yourself in the world of poetry again and spend an afternoon in the beautiful downland village of Alfriston.The event offers an array of activities which includes:- The chance to meet local poets
- A Poetry Competition where you can submit your own poem in advance for judging (this is optional)
- Discussion group to review, discuss & vote for the shortlisted poems
- Teach-in session on "how to get your poetry published"
- Poetry Podcast session
- Music & books
- Refreshments included
- Followed by Open Mic evening at Six Bells Pub next door with optional supper deal (17.50 per head)
