A spacious, expressive workshop combining guided meditation with energetic, intuitive abstract painting.We begin with a short grounding meditation designed to quiet the analytical mind and open the sensory, imaginative one.

This isn't mystical -it's practical.

A way to drop into your body, loosen control, and access the part of your creativity that responds rather than overthinks.

From there, you'll move into a series of expressive exercises:Gesture and movement, using the whole arm, not just the wrist.

Emotional mark-making; translating internal states into rhythm, pressure, and speed.

Large-scale abstraction, working boldly without fear of "getting it wrong".

Colour as energy... choosing colours based on sensation rather than theory.

The day is about freedom, confidence, and connection to your own creative voice.

You'll finish with one or two expressive abstract works and a clearer sense of how to access flow in your painting practice.
