Poulton Library’s Fun Palace is a vibrant community celebration where creativity, learning and sharing come together. Inspired by the national Fun Palaces movement, this free event invites people of all ages to explore new skills, enjoy hands-on activities and connect with others in a welcoming and inclusive space.Whether you’re discovering a new hobby, sharing your own talents or simply joining in the fun, Fun Palace at Poulton Library is a chance to celebrate the knowledge, creativity and community spirit that make our town special.Throughout the morning: Children's crafts Face painting Glitter tattoos Slime making Coding table Lancashire Reading Trail activities Wyre Council information and engagement stand Bilingua Sing sessions for children from 10am - 11.30am Sing Out Strong - Interactive choir session 11am - 12 noonRefreshments will be available from the Friends of Poulton Library.Fun Palaces is an annual weekend of free events where arts, crafts, science, tech and digital are a catalyst for community engagement and full participation for everyone, from the grassroots up, to learn something new and have fun doing it.
