Amazing Black History Heroes

Black History Month is a month celebrating the achievements of Black people, both past and present. At Brierfield Library, this year we're focusing on inspirational Black heroes and we need your help.
Come along to our event and design a poster about one of these heroes using the information from our Little People, Big Dreams books.
Complete our Black History wordsearch and hero fact file.
Get to know these extraordinary figures from Black history - they were brave, they were bold, they changed the world!
The most creative posters will be put on display.
This event is free and all resources will be provided.
