Using a carefully curated selection of instruments including gongs, crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, and percussion, the session creates a rich soundscape designed to soothe the nervous system and encourage rest, reflection, and renewal.One of the unique aspects of this experience is the harmonious blend of intentional sound healing with the natural symphony of the outdoors. The sounds of nature become part of the journey, enhancing feelings of grounding, connection, and wellbeing.
In the event of adverse weather, a covered outdoor area will be available, allowing guests to remain sheltered while still enjoying the benefits of being immersed in the natural environment and its restorative sounds. No prior experience of sound baths is needed.About Your FacilitatorApril is an embodied movement facilitator, fully qualified Sound Healing Practitioner, and trainee psychotherapist. She completed a year-long intensive training accredited by the International School of Holistic Medicine and facilitates sound healing experiences at retreats, events, studios, and workshops across the UK.
