Baby & You Plus Nct Support

Baby & You Plus NCT Breastfeeding Support is a nurturing weekly group designed for non-mobile babies and their parents or carers. The sessions offer a range of gentle sensory and early development activities that encourage babies' learning, communication, physical development, and exploration through play.
Alongside supporting babies' development, the group provides a warm and welcoming environment where parents and carers can meet other local families, build friendships, and share experiences of caring for a young baby. Family Hub staff are available to offer information and guidance, helping families feel connected and supported.
A key feature of the session is the optional breastfeeding support provided by NCT volunteers. Parents can access evidence-based information, practical guidance, and peer support in a relaxed, non-judgemental setting, whether they are new to breastfeeding, looking for reassurance, or seeking help with specific challenges.The group takes place every Monday afternoon from 1:00pm to 2:30pm at Haslingden Family Hub, from 14th September until 14th December 2026 (excluding bank holidays and half-term periods). The sessions provide a valuable opportunity for families to support their baby's early development while building confidence, connections, and supportive networks within their community.
