Our manager, Jen, lives with a hidden disability-Type 1 diabetes-and understands first-hand how valuable it can be to connect with others who truly “get it.”Over the years, Jen has found that simply talking to someone who also lives with Type 1, or who supports a loved one with it, can make a real difference.

Sharing experiences, tips, or just having a friendly conversation can help you feel less alone.This informal, friendly drop-in is open to anyone living with a hidden disability.
