Sarah King and John Merrill

Sarah King is a trained actor, chanteuse, street performer, and dancer.

She has appeared in speakeasies—both dubious and prestigious—across New York and beyond, and held a decade-long residency at the Top of the Standard Hotel.

She has performed as a singer in Sleep No More, The Marvelous Mrs.

Maisel, and the film A Complete Unknown.

Most often, she performs jazz in New York City with a rotating cast of swinging musicians.

She has released two albums with Tulip or Turnip—(2021) and The Masquerade is Over (2023)—and appears on Stéphane Wrembel’s Django New Orleans recordings.
