We welcome a minimum of 2000 attendees for a full day of dance, entertainment, shopping and experiences bringing together dancers, parents, teachers, families and industry professionals from across the region and beyond.Stand space gives your business the perfect opportunity to connect directly with a highly engaged audience, showcase your products or services, increase brand awareness and be part of Euphoria's biggest dance event in the region to date. Event ends approx 10pmAs this is the first Euphoria Live! event of this scale, our stand prices have been kept especially affordable for our launch year. We are incredibly excited to bring this new event to life, but as with any first year event, some elements may evolve as we learn what works best. By booking with us this year, you're becoming part of the very beginning of Euphoria Live! and helping us shape what we hope will become a much bigger annual event.
We simply ask that our launch-year stallholders come with a little flexibility, understanding and excitement for being part of something brand new.I am always available to contact if you have any questions or concerns or ideas or feedback.Book your stand/stall space here to secure your space on the day. All bookings will be reviewed before acceptance. Your application will be revised and if accepted, you will be invoiced for the remaining amount of your booking fee. If your stall is not accepted then you will receive a refund of your deposit in full within 7 working days.
