Wine Tasting: Blind Tasting Mayhem!

Think you know your wine? This is your chance to put your tasting skills to the test!I'll be serving six wines completely blind, and for each one you'll have some decisions to make.

Is it from a cool climate or a warm one? A blend or a single varietal? A premium bottle or a great-value one?And that's not all I'll have up my sleeve.Taste each wine, discuss your thoughts with your table and, most importantly, commit to your answers!The evening will begin with a brief introduction to tasting techniques, with tips on how to spot the tell-tale signs of climate, blending and quality in the glass.

But there's a catch… the wines have been carefully selected to make the challenge much harder than you might expect!Prizes will be on offer for those who prove they really know their wine.Alongside the tasting, there'll be cheese & charcuterie to enjoy throughout the evening.Six wines.
