FREE COFFEE, TEA AND BISCUITS INCLUDEDWhat you will make: a textured, wide band ring in Sterling Silver.What you will learn: How to measure for the perfect fit, how to plan and apply texture to sheet metal, how to pierce sheet metal, how to anneal metal with a blowtorch to soften it, how to form the ring shape, how to solder sheet metal, how to true and polish your work.How will you learn: Demonstrations, discussions, hands on experiencesWhat materials will be provided: a strip of Sterling Silver sheet measuring 0.9mm x 9mm which is long enough to fit your finger.Those who have more experience or work quickly will be helped to make a granulation ball, or cut a small shape and solder it to the ring.Your tutor, Imogen is an experienced, professionally qualified silversmith will be on hand to guide and support you with design and technique.
