Emsworth Community Centre is seeking stallholders offering:Plants and produce
Arts and crafts
Quality preloved items suitable for tabletop displayPlease note:Clothes rails cannot be accommodated.
Electrical items, alcohol and knives are not permitted.General InformationEach booking allows a maximum of two tables.
Entry for stallholders begins at 8:30am. Tables and chairs will be provided, set up, and labelled with your name.
Stallholders may use the Emsworth Community Centre's small car park only for unloading. Parking during the event is restricted to disabled badge holders. Nearby public car parks are available on North Street.
One week prior to the event, you will receive an email with your allocated unloading time. If you do not have email access, please contact the office on 01243 373805.The Galley Caf will be open for refreshments throughout the event.Stallholder RequirementsStalls must be kept tidy and well presented.
Items must not be displayed under, besides, or in front of your table.
Children must be accompanied by an adult to book or run a table.
Stallholders must familiarise themselves with all emergency procedures and exits.
All rubbish must be taken home after the event to support the community centre's volunteers.Cancellation & RefundsRefunds are offered at the centres discretion.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within one week of the event.
