Big Silly Sing - Winter Jazz

Big silly sing is back! Singing Workshops for 7-11 Year OldsGet ready for another exciting series of fun and interactive singing workshops for young singers!Led by the talented Laura Loft (Big Music Collective) these sessions are all about building confidence, exploring new styles, and having a fantastic time making music together.This term: Winter Jazz! We'll be having a blast singing much loved classics and putting a jazzy twist on new favourites. The first half term will be supported by Hattie Brown (PaddleBoat Theatre), as we learn the songs and think about singing techniques and musicality. Helen Bovey (Above Bounds) will be joining for second half term, as we hone our performance and explore the performative elements of sharing music.Term will end with a sharing for family and friends on Thursday 17th December, and a public performance as part of the Alibi Family Jazz event, where the children will sing live with St Thomas Jazz Collective Band on Saturday 19th December.No experience is needed to be part of Big Silly Sing, it's all about having fun, learning some new things and making friends in a supportive environment.Thursdays during term time:
