Fresh Finds comes to Rough Trade Liverpool bringing you freshest, best and most exciting underground bands from Liverpool and the North West.Wrkhouse:Originally formed in North Wales and now spread between Cardiff, Liverpool and Manchester, Wrkhouse have steadily built a reputation for crafting atmospheric, emotionally intelligent alternative music that moves fluidly between indie rock, dream-pop and electronic influences.

Winners of the Triskel Award at the Welsh Music Prize, the band have continued to establish themselves through acclaimed festival appearances, growing national radio support and an evolving bilingual creative identity that draws equally from their Welsh upbringing and contemporary alternative music.Honey Motel:Honey Motel are a rising Liverpool-based alternative rock band, blending high-energy rock with melancholic textures drawn from grunge and shoegaze.

Influenced by artists such as Nothing But Thieves, Loathe and Basement, while also channelling the softer sensibilities of The Backseat Lovers and Pinegrove, their sound strikes a balance between atmosphere and intensity. The Scran:The Scran is an alternative rock / neo-Britpop band based in.

Liverpool, formed in 2025.

Inspired by legendary British acts such as The Beatles, The La's, and Oasis, the band blends timeless songwriting, infectious melodies, and the raw energy of rock 'n'roll.Fronted by Chilean-born songwriter Donnie, The Scran brings a unique international perspective to Liverpool's music scene while remaining deeply rooted in the traditions of British guitar music.

With energetic live performances and memorable songs, the band aims to introduce a new generation to classic rock 'n' roll.Backyard:Backyard are an emerging indie rock band from the Wirral.

Since knowing each other practically their whole lives they only recently discovered their sound when playing in an old recording studio in their local youth club.

They see themselves as ‘6 lads who don’t have a clue’, but on the stage they’ve got a pretty bright idea of what sounds good, and what sounds great.Fresh Finds and Rough Trade14+ (Under 16s with Adult)
