Golden Repair

GOSSIP Collective presents ‘Golden Repair’ our annual group exhibition.

With a starting point of Kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing broken ceramics with gold, artists have drawn on themes of community, belonging and balance to respond creatively.

A multidisciplinary exhibition, featuring textiles, painting, film and printmaking, ‘Golden Repair’ seeks to explore and create a dialogue with the audience about how we move forwards when things happen in our lives, both personally, and collectively-as a community.

Celebrating imperfection, bringing fragments back together and bringing a harmony and balance to objects and artworks in a way that celebrates their stories.
