My Body / My Mind

Returning for its second year, My Body / My Mind brings together three short films exploring desire, ageing and our changing relationships with our bodies and ourselves.
The screenings will be accompanied by conversation and discussion, with filmmakers, psychologists and other invited guests bringing different perspectives to the themes raised on screen. An open and thought-provoking opportunity to explore experiences that are often deeply personal but rarely discussed.
