10.00am start (doors open 9.45am)A two and a half hour fun taster session to explore performing with puppets and find out if this is for you! This session takes place at the EPPiC Theatre in Ecclesfield, Sheffield. Open to adults and children (over the age of 11). This introduction course is especially useful to anyone who already acts on stage and would like to expand their performance skills to include puppetry.Bringing objects to life

Puppet Karaoke!During this workshop your students will learn how to confidently handle a hand and rod puppet, create and portray character, perform with convincing lip sync and interact in group scenes. We bring along everything you need for this workshop.The workshop is hosted by professionally trained actor and puppeteer David Thornton who runs Puppetechnics Studio in Sheffield. (Enhanced DBS certified). Once you have purchased your ticket you will be sent final information to help you prepare for the workshop!
