World Art Day: Collaborative Canvas at the Royal Hospital Chelsea

Guided by visual artist Sarah Stadler, visitors are invited to help create a large-scale artwork depicting the Royal Hospital Chelsea, painted panel by panel by members of the community.This relaxed and inclusive session offers a moment to slow down, pick up a brush, and enjoy the calming rhythm of painting together.

With gentle guidance, short reflections on why art matters, and plenty of creative freedom, participants of all ages and abilities are welcome.Alongside the main artwork, there will be additional drop-in activities for families and younger children, making it easy for everyone to take part in their own way.The completed artwork will be displayed at the Royal Hospital Chelsea as a lasting celebration of creativity, connection, and community.
