Rising to prominence in 1969, the group-led by legendary drummer Jon Hiseman-redefined the boundaries between jazz, blues and rock with their groundbreaking debut Those Who Are About To Die Salute You.A run of best-selling and critically acclaimed releases followed, including the seminal Valentyne Suite and Daughter of Time, establishing Colosseum as one of the most adventurous and musically accomplished bands of their era.Line-up changes brought new firepower with the arrival of soulful powerhouse vocalist Chris Farlowe, blues guitar virtuoso Clem Clempson, and bassist Mark Clarke-a combination that further elevated the band's sound.
