Halesworth & District U3A presents: Norwich Castle Keep A Royal Palace Reborn

Dr Tim Pestell, Senior Curator of Architecture, Norwich Castle Museum and Art Gallery will talk about Norwich Castles imposing Norman Keep, recently subject to a 27m transformation.

One of the largest recent heritage projects in the UK and documented in a recent Channel 4 programme, the reborn Keep has recreated the original room spaces, fittings and furnishings, as well as a new Gallery of Medieval Life in partnership with the British Museum.Please note U3A talks now start at 2PM and are free to members, for non-members tickets are available at 4 in advance or on the door.
