Anserine is a queer, all POC, alternative/punk band. Their sound blends elements of emo, indie-rock, shoegaze, and metal. Too silly to be contained, too whimsical to be stopped.

The night's host and a pretty good singer-songwriter, making some very unique and original songs. Eli's creative process is "what would be fun to do in this song?", followed by doing it. He has a great time on stage and hopes you do too. Comparisons have been drawn to George Formby, Jay Foreman, David Byrne and Monty Python. At this Halloween gig, Eli will use some overdrive and will dive into his darker songs.

Tickets are also available on Eventbrite and Dice for the same price. They charge higher fees for the organiser but they're better for discovery, so I list events on both sites. I should probably cut one of those services.
