It's always a great night at Smokey Joe's Jazz Club at one of Cheltenham's coolest venues.

This rare Saturday night JAZZ CLUB SPECIAL is going to be extra special as it's all about celebrating house-band drummer, Big Mikey's birthday!To celebrate the occasion we're hosting a fabulous evening of Frank Sinatra and Rat Pack with one of the UK's most respected guitarists and vocalists Denny Ilett.

Denny will be fronting the band in true Sinatra style, crooning some of the great swing classics and putting on a hugely charismatic and entertaining performance.Denny Ilett is a multifaceted musician known for his dynamic contributions to jazz, blues, and especially big band music.

His acclaimed Frank Sinatra big band show has delighted audiences worldwide.Denny's vocal style captures Sinatra's smooth, charismatic essence while adding his own flair.

His renditions of classics like "My Way," "Fly Me to the Moon," and "New York, New York" bring fresh energy to timeless standards.With over 40 years of experience and a warm, engaging stage presence, Denny Ilett continues to bridge the golden era of big band with today's audiences, making each performance unforgettable.Denny will perform with the popular house band trio featuring Alex Steele on keys, Mike Green on bass and the birthday boy himself, Mike Cypher on drums.
