Avon Valley Concerts Presents Leon Mccawley

Described as 'one of today's most impeccably musical pianists' (_International Piano, Jan/Feb2021), _Leon McCawley has been delighting audiences worldwide since winning in 1993 first prize in the International Beethoven Piano Competition and second prize at the Leeds International Piano Competition.

His many concert performances have established him as a pianist of great integrity.

Leon has been President of the Avon Valley Concerts music society since its inception 39 years ago.

We are delighted to welcome him to perform a series of works by Haydn, Tchaikovsky, Prokofiev, Chopin and Schubert.
