The elves were fantastic especially Gingerbread who went more than the extra mile to make the visit magical. Father Christmas was dressed in traditional 'Victorian' style robes, and made a real effort with our girls, they gave plenty of time to us and we were allowed to take lots of photos. If you want a magical Christmas experience, this is definitely the place to visit! Thank you so much x
