Hamlet

The Acting Gymnasium presents a new production of Shakespeare's iconic tragedy.

Prince Hamlet of Denmark is devastated after his father, the king, suddenly dies.

Soon, Hamlet's father's ghost appears and reveals that he was murdered by Hamlet's uncle, Claudius.

Claudius has taken the throne and married Hamlet's mother, Queen Gertrude.

The ghost asks Hamlet to avenge his death.

Hamlet pretends to be mad while secretly investigating the truth.

He arranges a play that copies his father's murder, making Claudius reveal his guilt.

Hamlet later kills Polonius by mistake, causing Ophelia to lose her sanity and die.

Her brother, Laertes, seeks revenge.

Claudius secretly plans to kill Hamlet with a poisoned sword and drink.

During a duel, Gertrude accidentally drinks the poison, Laertes and Hamlet are wounded, and Laertes exposes Claudius.

Hamlet kills Claudius before dying.
