The Leicestershire Archaeological & Historical Society invites you inside the historic Jury RoomThe Leicestershire Archaeological & Historical Society invites you to explore our magnificent archival sources and rare book collection inside the historic Jury Room at the Leicester Guildhall.Since 1855, the Society has remained steadfast in its core mission to promote, study, and preserve the rich history, archaeology, antiquities, and architecture of Leicestershire and Rutland.Following our vital role in saving the Guildhall from demolition a century ago, we were proudly granted permanent use of this historic space to safeguard our specialist research library.
