This mouthwatering talk will pick out some of the fascinating stories that contribute to Lancashire's food and drink history.

As an extra treat you can try a few handmade local Lancashire treats and have a glass of Vimto at the end! Emma Kay's book 'Foots, Lonks & Wet Nellies Lancashire's Food and Drink' will also be on sale, and she will be happy to sign a copy for you.Please note: the food samples are all hand prepared by Emma Kay and use traditional ingredients including wheat, milk, animal fats, nuts and eggs.
