Free comedy in Leeds City Centre, every second Wednesday of the month.A new and diverse line-up of very funny acts from all over the region, performing for you in Leeds City Centre at The Bookseller's Arms every month.Everyone is welcome!
The venue
The Bookseller's Arms (formerly Bridge End Social) is located in Leeds city centre (LS1 4DJ), including Leeds train station. They serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The bar and the venue are separate, so feel free to arrive any time before the show to enjoy some refreshments and the riverside terrace! It really is a lovely place to hang out.The doors to the venue room open at 7:30pm, the show starts at 8pm and lasts around 2 hours with an interval in the middle.Accessibility information
Unfortunately, the venue event space, and toilets are downstairs. There are approximately 15 steps down to the venue, with a handrail. The staircase is not particularly steep. Within the venue space there are two small steps up to the seating area. All toilets are also downstairs and there is no accessible toilet.Tickets
Tickets are Pay-what-you-feel which means they are FREE to book or you can choose to make a contribution. If you prefer contribute on the night, at the end of the show we'll be available to take cash and card payments. All of the money goes to the acts booked for the evening. No contributions made go to Comedy and That or to the venue.
