Writing and Connection with The School of Life

This event is about rediscovering creativity and finding a calm, supportive space to connect more deeply with ourselves and others.

Drawing inspiration from poetry, it includes guided writing invitations that encourage writing freely, with a spirit of discovery and curiosity rather than judgment.

There will be an opportunity to share some of our writing, but there is no expectation or pressure to do so.
