Welcome to the 2026 season of Sunday Coffee Concerts at Spring Bank Arts. Were delighted to welcome back many familiar faces and bring you a varied repertoire of concerts including some lesser-known works by English and Czech composers alongside the great Romantic composers Brahms and Dvoák.On April 19th we perform a programme of music for oboe and string trio which includes a rarely performed work by Czech composer Jií Druecký who was a contemporary of Mozart. Alongside this will be two English works a short and rarely heard piece in two movements by Elgar, and a haunting and atmospheric Fantasy Quartet by the Anglo-Irish composer Ernest Moeran, which draws on the folk melodies of Norfolk where he grew up.Performed by
