Festive Bauble Workshop

Join local artist Charlotte Thompson for a fun, creative and seasonal craft workshop for Christmas.Decorate ceramic baubles with unique festive painted imagery.

Learn how to sketch a design, then use a simple colour palette to paint charming Christmas themed illustrations using gouache paints.

Think gingerbread houses, Christmas trees and snowmen, but you may have your own ideasDuring this workshop you will have time to decorate 2 baubles and add coordinating ribbon.

You can take the baubles home on the day in their own gift boxes.

Your painted baubles can then be gifted to others as a present or they can go in pride of place in your own home and become an heirloom decoration!This workshop is led by Charlotte Thompson, an artist and art teacher living in Hexham, Northumberland, with over 25 years experience.

Charlotte paints landscapes and botanical inspired art.

Her work is whimsical, colourful and atmospheric.No painting experience necessary.
