When Chai Met Toast

When Chai Met Toast is a pop band from India.

The quartet formed in 2017 with their debut EP, "Joy of Little Things." The following year, they released their second EP, "Believe," establishing themselves as genre pioneers in India.

Their first full-length album, "When We Feel Young" (2021), brought them international recognition.

WCMT's sound is best described as a blend of indie folk and alternative rock.

Their live performances have captivated international audiences, including headlining shows at numerous Indian festivals, appearances at the 2022 Singapore Grand Prix, Expo 2020 Dubai, and sold-out tours of the UK and the US.

The band's latest release is their third EP, "LYTS," recorded in London with producer Richard Wilkinson.
