Public Meeting - Local Plan

The Walsall Borough Local Plan (Regulation 19 stage) Consultation is due to start on 14 September 2026. The WBLP contains a large number of Green Belt sites allocated for house building or business use. This public meeting will be an opportunity to meet with local Action Groups and local representatives to discuss whether the WBLP is sound and robust enough for submission to the Government, and what its impact could be on planning applications, such as the Birch Hill application being referred to the Planning Inspector.
