Pop on down to Hopetown Darlington's Dementia CaféOur Dementia Café is a safe and welcoming space for those living with dementia, their friends and family, and anybody who has been impacted by dementia to have a cup of tea and chat with others who understand.The café gives the perfect opportunity to chat (even if that's about a dementia diagnosis and what that means for the future),take part in mindful activities, keep active, make new friends and feel more confident.

There'll be crafts and games too.
