A programme exploring sacred choral music of the late 20th and early 21st centuries. The main work is the well-loved Lux Aeterna by Morten Lauridsen, perhaps the most frequently performed of modern American choral composers. Alongside it, we offer approachable pieces by two current luminaries of British music, Jonathan Dove and James MacMillan.
