Krab is bringing rising star Jacob Matthews to the newly renovated Nest room at Lakota.
Jacob Matthews is an emerging DJ and producer blending the golden era of house withmodern influences. Known for punchy basslines, atmospheric old-school pads andhigh-energy productions built for big rooms, he is quickly carving out a name within theunderground dance scene.
Born and raised in Kendal in the Lake District, Jacob was introduced to music early throughhis father, also a DJ. Inspired by global rave culture, he developed a strong connection tominimal tech and deep tech house.
Following the release of his Delirium EP on You&Me, his productions, fusing classic dancefoundations with a modern edge, have gained support from leading artists including JoshBaker, Max Dean, Alisha and Obskur.
Joining Jacob we have some of Bristols finest local talent consisting of Jas, Celia, Mileage and Krab residents.
