Presented by Bill Barton, a trustee of the Orwell Astronomical Society (Ipswich), deputy director of the British Astronomical Associations Historical Section, and a Fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society where he has a seat on the Heritage Committee.
He also serves as the Suffolk County Coordinator for the Society for the History of Astronomy.
