Over 55 Dance Workshop

Our fun and friendly classes for those over the age of 55 are suitable for all abilities!Our classes have a social focus, building a community and empowering participants to stay active through the adaptable and accessible nature of the class content.

Come and get energised with Moving Together through a variety of stylised routines and dance fitness sequences.Please wear clothes you can move freely in, and bring your own water bottle.
