Creative Motherhood: Journaling Workshop for Expectant and New Mums

Are you expecting a baby or navigating life with a little one? Join us for Creative Motherhood, a welcoming and supportive space where expectant mothers and new mums with babies up to one year old can take a moment for themselves, connect with others, and explore creativity together.Motherhood can be joyful, challenging, and everything in between.

Through gentle creative journaling and expressive activities, Creative Motherhood offers an opportunity to pause, reflect, and nurture your wellbeing in a relaxed, non-judgemental environment alongside others on a similar journey.This free two-hour session is open to all experience levels, and all materials and refreshments are provided.

Simply bring yourself and your little one along and enjoy some time to create, connect, and recharge.This event is free to attend, but booking is essential as places are limited.

Suitable for adults aged 18+.This is a Leeds Libraries event.
