Step away from screens and enjoy a calm, creative afternoon with your child.
Bright Track Together is a relaxed parent-and-child mindfulness session designed to help families slow down, talk, create and enjoy meaningful time together.
During the session, families will:
Take part in a simple child-friendly breathing activity
Enjoy mindful colouring and creative activities
Use gentle conversation prompts to connect and share
Create a special collaborative artwork together
Explore positive thoughts and affirmations
Take their artwork home as a reminder of their time together
No artistic experience is needed. The focus is on spending quality time together, having fun and creating a peaceful moment during the busy half-term holiday.
All colouring and creative materials are included.
Tickets:
12.50 for one adult and one child
5 for each additional child
Early-bird offer: 10 for one adult and one child for a limited time.
Parents and carers must remain with their children throughout the session.
Places are limited, so early booking is recommended.
