Save the Date: Festive Victorian Photo Shoot

Treat yourself to a festive photo shoot in our authentic Victorian parlour- all decorated in time for Christmas. Professional photographer Nompumelelo Ncube (Nom) will capture your family and friends to provide you with a series of digital image to share or print as many as you would like- perfect for Christmas cards.You can bring your own outfit- Festive, Steam Punk, Bridgerton, Dickensian- or pick from a range of our Victorian hats, accessories and kids dress up costumes.Funds raised for this event will help keep the museum free and open for everyone to enjoy.The photography will be in an authentic Victorian building with real objects so please do not touch any of the museum objects on display. You will have 15 minutes in the photo studio. You should receive your digital images by email between 7 and 13 December.
If you are using our accessories we recommend wearing plain dark clothes to make them stand out. A changing area will be available.
