Cardiff Ajax Maindy: Autumn/Winter

Please read all the below before registeringThese sessions are coach led training sessions suitable for riders ranging from those new to cycling /track, to experienced racers. Our Maindy sessions are inclusive, aiming to provide a good balance of skills and fitness for attendees of all levels.Non-members are welcome. If you are new to either riding with the club or riding at Maindy, please make yourself known to our friendly coaches when you arrive at the session. You must have a bike in good working order, gloves and a helmet. No tri bars allowed.Members: to access Member or Subscriber prices, please ensure you have a valid 2026 membership. You can also purchase a subscription (ride as many Maindy sessions as you like until the end of the year for a fixed cost).
