Children will learn where water comes from and follow its journey through the water cycle, using simple explanations and engaging activities to help bring learning to life. The session also looks at how plants use water to grow, and how ponds provide important habitats for wildlife. Through hands-on demonstrations and discussion, children will discover how water supports gardens and living things. The workshop finishes by encouraging children to think about how they can save water in everyday life, followed by a creative craft activity where they make their own pond habitat.This workshop will cover:Where does water come from?

Workshop activity – Make a paper plate pond.Please note:Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
The club runs on the first Sunday of every month. Times vary per store. Please click on your perferred store below for available options.
Where stores are running multiple sessions it is the same workshop delivered at each one.
Parents or guardians wishing to order hot drinks for the session in advance can do so during the booking process.
