Tickets on sale at noon on Thursday 30 April.Scottish saxophonist Matt Carmichael is one of the most distinctive voices on the UK jazz scene, with his deeply emotive fusion of lyrical jazz and evocative folk influences.

Drawing on the traditional music he grew up with, while echoing the harmonic sophistication of Brad Mehldau and the cinematic intimacy of Bon Iver, his compositions feel both rooted and resolutely contemporary.
