Chloe received recognition for her work on the acclaimed Liverpool comedy-drama G’wed, where she made her directorial debut on Series 2 and also co-wrote the series.

The show has become a celebrated portrayal of contemporary working-class Liverpool life and has earned widespread critical acclaim.Ellis was nominated for Best Leading Actor for his powerful performance in What It Feels Like for a Girl, the BBC adaptation of Paris Lees’ memoir.

Since emerging from Liverpool’s thriving theatre scene, Ellis has built an impressive screen and stage career, appearing in productions including Red Rose, Help and To Kill a Mockingbird.
